An Online Trance Dance Journey Through the Solar and Lunar Eclipses

This month we are invited into a deep exploration, through the powerful energy of the Solar and Lunar Eclipses, inspired by Chiron entering retrograde. To use this as a Key to turn wounding into empowering lessons in our soul path, and if we choose this can be something we can share with all life as part of our purpose.

From Aug 3rd to September 17th 2026 this retrograde moves through the Earth sign of Taurus. This may bring up where we feel insecure and our patterns around that, the transformation of this can root us deeper into collective growth and connection and our part in that.

From September 17th , all the way through to January 6th 2027 the Chiron Retrograde moves through Aries. This can bring up in us where there are blockages in our courage, in both our past and present. This is where we can deeper integrate and process traumas so that we stay in full integrity with our soul path and stick to trusting it, even if it seems we are to do something out of alignment to stay afloat, through looking deeper at our motives that may come from a wounded place we have a place to empower transformation of this. Transformation through Trust gives Courage to forge a new way aligned with our soul and the future of life. The transformation of our personal wounding leads to Self-Empowered choice and action,

Chiron is known as the wounded healer archetype and Chiron has been called everything from an asteroid to a comet to a planetoid.

I dont believe our wounds are something wrong with us that we need to constantly fix, nor something that we are bound to as a way of belonging. I believe they are part of our soul journey. The wound is the very point where we lost connection with ourselves – life. And when we see our patterns with awareness, and turn inwards with nervous system tools we can empower change – both in ourselves and life itself. We can reclaim so much from these portals within us!

In our society, and even within many spiritual circles, there can be a tendency to focus on our wounds as something we need to heal or trancend, before we can fully step into who we are.

I invite you to feel into this as a way out of identifying with being wounded.

What if our wounds are not mistakes?

What if they are part of our soul journey?

What if the very places where we have experienced pain, limitation, protection and patterns are also the places where our deepest gifts are waiting to be revealed?

Every time we meet the edge of our nervous system’s capacity, we meet a threshold. This is often where old patterns, ancestral responses and protective mechanisms arise. Where we feel lost, scared, helpless, flawed, trapped, unseen, unheard, unmet.

Feeling and meeting these feelings within ourselves, does not mean we have failed.

It means we have reached a place where deeper awareness, embodiment and connection are possible.

These are the very places we can reconnect to our soul.

This is a journey to find insight into personal tools for transformation to support yo each time you turn inwards to find more of yourself.

This journey is not about forcing ourselves into some higher state of being, because that in itself can create separation from the very parts of ourselves that are asking to be met, this only causes a fragmentation.

When we fragment ourselves in this way there is still an un-integrated part of us that will again call our attention.

Healing is not about transcending ourselves.

It is about deepening our connection with ourselves and our soul.

It is about recognising that every wound carries the potential for transformation.

Every wound can become alchemy.

Every wound can become a key that opens the door to our soul potential.

Through shamanic exploration, trance dance, nervous system awareness and deep listening to the wisdom of the body, we enter into a journey of inner inquiry. This is a space of deep self-care where we meet ourselves fully.

The Journey

Once you make the soul commitment to take this journey, you will receive resources to support you in exploring where Chiron lies within your own birth chart and how this may be influencing your life.

You will also be invited to explore the different aspects of Chiron, recognising that all of these experiences exist somewhere within us.

While your personal Chiron placement offers a specific doorway for your own transformation, every aspect of Chiron carries wisdom that we can learn from.

Each wound carries within it unconscious nervous syste patterns, coping mechanisms and beliefs.

You will receive support in creating a personal intention for this journey, allowing your own inner wisdom to guide what you are ready to explore. Through Dance in a Trance State, held in a Sacred Space, there is magic that is ready to reveal itself through your own inner experience.

To take part in the dance you will need:

•         A private space, where you won’t be disturbed for the entire event (2.5 hours).

• A safe space to dance in with a blindfold on, this can be a very small space, even just a rug or a yoga mat.

•        A device to play video and music with an internet connection ( a phone, tablet or laptop that can be plugged into headphones or a sound system).
•         A blindfold or a scarf, something you feel comfortable in that covers your eyes and wont come off with movement.

Solar Eclipse Trance Dance Journey

Just before the August Solar Eclipse on the 12th August 2026, you will receive your first guided trance dance journey. This is not a live recording as it is important that the journey has no interruption, yet it will be a transmission that is channelled just before the event. This will give inspiration and insight into the journey and guidance for the practice.

This is an invitation to enter into a deeper state of connection with yourself, allowing the body, the nervous system and the soul to bring forward the insights, feelings and messages that are ready to emerge. You will be given full instructions for creating a safe space, and how to get the best from this practice.

You will then have time to integrate what has arisen through journalling, reflection, embodiment and gentle nervous system practices.

Lunar Eclipse Trance Dance Journey

Just Before the Lunar Eclipse on the 27th August 2026, you will receive your second guided trance dance journey.

This journey allows you to return with everything that has emerged, moving deeper into integration and empowerment.

This is not about focusing on the wound.

It is about discovering the power that comes through transforming it.

It is about embodying more of who you truly are.

Integration and Ritual

After these practices, you will receive guidance for creating your own ritual space to honour and anchor the transformation.

Because true transformation is something we embody.

It becomes part of how we move, how we create, how we connect and how we live, this is where all the teachings and experiences from the trance come to life. Every time we meet a point of expansion, it is likely that we find more answers through this very process. This journey is to give you insight and tools.

Chiron is in retrograde until January 2027 and what you receive through these intentions and journeys will support you to find the key to re-wright the script for your life as the new earth emerges through your transformation.
