We Are Part of Earth’s Living Ecosystem | Trauma, Embodiment & Remembering We Are All Connected

We are not separate from nature.

We are part of Earth’s living ecosystem.

We are part of the waters, the forests, the cycles of life, death and rebirth. As we heal and remember who we truly are, we become active participants in keeping the waters of life flowing through Mother Earth and through humanity itself.

This video explores trauma, post-traumatic amnesia, ancestral trauma, nervous system healing, grief, embodiment, feminine remembrance, embodied masculine presence and our deep interconnectedness with all life. This comes from direct channelling from Seque (only some of the pauses edited out).

When we experience overwhelming trauma, the brain often protects us by compartmentalising memory so that we can survive. Yet the body continues to hold what has not yet been integrated. Many of us carry experiences and memories outside of conscious awareness, waiting to be met with gentleness, compassion and presence.

★ Nervous system healing and creating a New Earth from within

Throughout history, women who worked with herbs, birth, grief, ritual, visions, plant medicines and elemental wisdom were often persecuted, silenced and traumatised. Alot of our collective disconnection from intuition, embodiment and our sacred relationship with life has perhaps been passed down through these experiences.

From my own healing journey through severe trauma, I discovered that what helped me remember myself was presence.

Gentleness.

Care.

Compassion.

Being deeply witnessed within nervous system safety.

I have also come to understand grief as sacred.

Grief creates space.

It opens us and allows life force energy to move once again. The degree to which we allow ourselves to feel and process grief may also reflect the degree to which we allow ourselves to receive life.

Perhaps trauma exists so that we remember that we are not separate.

That we are interconnected with one another, with nature, with the waters, the plants, the stars and Mother Earth herself.

As we reconnect to our bodies and feeling states, we reclaim the parts of ourselves that left in order to survive. We remember our visions, our creativity and our soul’s deeper purpose.

This remembering is both personal and collective.

It is part of birthing a new way of being with Earth.

Star beings.

Truth seekers.

Wayfinders.

Path forgers.

Space holders.

Cycle breakers.

Change makers.

This is for all of you.

These tools are here to support you in finding your own way through and remembering who you truly are.

When we are held in nervous system safety and deeply connected to Mother Earth, we have the opportunity to integrate more of our soul potential during this time of great change.

The New Earth is created through embodiment, grounded presence, grief, compassion, nervous system balance and reconnecting with the wisdom already living within us.

Rooted like the trees, connected to Mother Earth beneath us and the stars above us, we can begin to anchor our visions into reality and dance them into being.

If you would like to explore more deeply into your own being and receive support for your nervous system and re-embodiment journey, I offer mentorship for women.
